I've been to Polish Nail bar a few times now. Been other places too, and always come back here. Why? Well, the quality is beyond anything I get anywhere else. I had acrylics (Solar gel) put on right before a six week RV vacation last year. Andy suggested I do an ombre so that as they grew out it would be less noticeable. I absolutely loved it, and that manicure lasted 5 weeks before I had to go get them reset. I was amazed at how well they stayed put, the longevity of the gel - it didn't fade, chip, or crackle - even when I was swimming in the ocean and camping! I had oodles of compliments on them as well. I had an ombre done again this spring and I am in love with them. Planning on a reset right before we leave for five weeks, and likely won't have to get them done until we get back! Simply put, the BEST salon out of the five or six on the west end of Ottawa I have tried.

I reached out a few times as I had a concern with my set of nails. They do not respond. I was disappointed that I was told my nail set should be good for 4 weeks. After 2 weeks, the nails started falling off. What's also disappointing is that one hand had longer nails, and the other was shorter. They felt a bit odd for the 2 weeks I had them. For the cost, I had hoped for better quality. Especially after so many good reviews. I am very disappointed with my experience.

Nikki, Andy and their team are wonderful. Great at their job, excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I’ve been seeing them for 7 years now!

Polish is top notch! Fast yet friendly. The salon is spotless. I've only had pedicures and manicures here, so I can't comment on their other services. They do a superb job with biogel nails. Andy and Vivian are very skilled. I highly recommend this spot.

Great service. Massage chairs are great. I had a design done and it was done well. I've been going for years with all kinds of requests and they nail it every time. Pun intended

Vivian is the best. She's so creative and offers great suggestions! She is super fast too and meticulous. Always leave very happy with my nails :)

I always book my nail appointments here at Polish Nail Bar. All of the staff are very skilled and I always leave with a perfect manicure (I’m very picky). I also appreciate how they always go above and beyond to remember their customers names and how they are doing. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Polish Nail Bar - I chose this place based on recommendations, as I needed last minute manicures for my wedding. Andy was AMAZING and he did my nails exactly as I wanted them! I will let the picture speak for itself :) The salon is clean and the service is great. This place is going to be my go-to from now on!!
